No every person can catch my idea from the topic, because its not explained what I am going to talk about. In order to be clean I will say that Barcelona rental market is exploding basically these days. Why is that? Why for example the Venecia rental market don’t show such amazing sales numbers?
First of all, in Barcelona there are so many appetite properties for the simple reason that this is small area with only 1,6 inhabitants which implies a high density rate of population, especially if we consider the large number of temporal visitors that arrive throughout the year of Barcelona.
